01Check your photo, free
Add a photo and we measure it against the official rules for your document: head size, background, lighting and resolution. You see what passes and what to fix before paying anything. Your photo never leaves your browser at this stage, so there is nothing for us to upload, store or share.
02Pay once, get your files
If you want the files, you pay €5.99 once. There is no subscription and no account to create. Only then does your photo travel to us, over a secure connection, so we can produce your print-ready sheet, exact digital file and compliance report.
03Everything is deleted within 48 hours
Your photo and your finished files are removed from our systems automatically within 48 hours of purchase. Download them promptly, because after that nothing of yours remains with us.
04What we don't do
We don't run accounts or keep an archive of photos. We never train AI on your face, and we don't sell or share your data. The one thing we do count is anonymous, button-level usage, which tells us how the product gets used and nothing about your photo.
How we handle compliance
- We check your photo against the official rules. We never retouch your face, and we only normalize the background where the destination country permits it.
- Every requirement is cited from official government sources, with the verification date shown on the page.
- What you get is a report of measurements, not a guarantee. Final acceptance always rests with the issuing authority.
