What is a Estonia Passport photo?
An Estonian passport photo is a digital-only submission: a colour JPEG of at least 1300×1600 pixels, between 1 and 5 MB, on a light single-colour background, uploaded through the politsei.ee self-service environment — Estonia publishes no print specification at all.
The unusual 1 MB minimum file size filters out over-compressed images, and scans, screenshots and edited photos are rejected outright. One Police and Border Guard Board specification covers the passport, ID card and residence permit card.

What are the Estonian photo requirements?
